1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JLHot platform — whether through the website at jlhot.app, the JLHot mobile application, or any other interface provided by JLHot — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the JLHot platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any person who interacts with JLHot's services in any capacity. Your continued use of the JLHot platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with JLHot's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JLHot.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on JLHot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JLHot strictly enforces the minimum gambling age applicable in the Philippines as prescribed under relevant Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and any funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of JLHot or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the JLHot platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account termination.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

JLHot reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the JLHot platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your JLHot account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. JLHot is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JLHot account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify JLHot support immediately.

JLHot reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during your use of the platform. Identity verification ("KYC") is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the JLHot platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). JLHot does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and JLHot bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

JLHot supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. JLHot will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any changes to supported payment methods.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the platform's payment section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your JLHot wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. JLHot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. JLHot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• JLHot reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting documentation to confirm the source of funds.
• Deposits made to your JLHot account may not be reversed once credited. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact JLHot support immediately.
• JLHot reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fairness

All games available on the JLHot platform — including live dealer games, arcade-style instant games, and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

JLHot is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. Live dealer games on the JLHot platform use physical cards, wheels, and equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studios. Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology to ensure unpredictable and unbiased outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, JLHot's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive reference. JLHot reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical malfunction and to refund the wagered amount to the player's JLHot wallet. JLHot is not liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed and accepted by the JLHot system are final. JLHot does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been confirmed by the system, except in cases of verified technical error.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

JLHot may offer bonuses, promotions, free credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These specific terms form part of the overall agreement between you and JLHot.

General conditions applicable to all JLHot bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses in a manner designed to exploit the platform, circumvent wagering requirements, or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• JLHot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the specific terms of the promotion.
• JLHot reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or violated these Terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JLHot platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the JLHot platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the JLHot platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game. Any such issues must be reported to JLHot support immediately.
• Using the JLHot platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the JLHot platform or its underlying technology.
• Accessing the JLHot platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your JLHot account by any third party, including minors.

8 Responsible Gaming

JLHot is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

All players must be 21 years of age or older to use the JLHot platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced through identity verification procedures. JLHot will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or maintain an account.

JLHot provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard to control their spending.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through JLHot's support team. Self-exclusion restricts all access to real-money gameplay for the duration of the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the JLHot platform — including but not limited to the JLHot name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of JLHot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the JLHot platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the JLHot platform without prior written consent from JLHot.

Any unauthorized use of JLHot's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JLHot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the JLHot platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the JLHot platform or any game, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or materials published on the JLHot platform.

JLHot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JLHot account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JLHot's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Termination and Suspension

JLHot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if JLHot reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, JLHot reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not related to a breach on your part, JLHot will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method after completing any required verification procedures.

You may request voluntary closure of your JLHot account at any time by contacting JLHot support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

Following account termination — whether voluntary or involuntary — you must immediately cease all use of the JLHot platform. JLHot's rights and your obligations under these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after termination.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the JLHot platform, you agree to first contact JLHot's support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. JLHot will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled informally.

13 Amendments to These Terms

JLHot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JLHot will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered players through the platform or via the email address associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the JLHot platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the JLHot platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
